Pre-Production → batching
Orders flow into “Pre-Production.” Our team batches and prepares orders for efficient production.
Pick • print • pack • ship
We fulfill and ship directly to your customer. At the end of the day, you’re billed only for orders shipped that day — per your brand.
If you have an urgent order, there’s no extra charge. Email or message us with the order number. Our system normally organizes orders oldest → newest, so letting us know helps us prioritize correctly.

More layout options than typical POD
Unlike most POD companies that limit creativity to 14×16 or smaller, we offer layouts like: Full Front, Full Back, and prints up to 16×21. Pocket prints and neck tags are available at fair pricing.
Turnaround + shipping
Typical turnaround is 2–3 business days. If a supplier runs out of stock, production may take a few extra days — we’ll keep it real with you.
USA + International
We ship across the USA and internationally. International rates can fluctuate due to duties and tariffs.
Artwork responsibility
It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure artwork is in pristine condition. High quality designs = high quality prints.

Color matching disclaimer
DTG uses pigment inks, and certain colors can be difficult to match perfectly across screens and fabric. We’ll always aim for the best possible output while keeping expectations realistic.
