DTG (Direct-to-Garment)

DTG uses water-based inks printed directly into the garment fibers for the softest, most premium retail-quality finish.

DTF (Direct-to-Film)

DTF uses a heat-applied transfer that works on a wider range of fabrics and garment types.

6. Performance Apparel

Customer must specify whether the order should be printed using DTG or DTF.

Artwork Requirements

Artwork must be submitted as:

✔ PNG Format

✔ Transparent Background

✔ 300 DPI Minimum

✔ 16” x 21” Canvas Size

✔ Production-Ready Artwork

Important

Artwork should fill the available print area and contain minimal transparent/dead space around the design.

We do not automatically:

1. Remove backgrounds
2. Increase image resolution
3. Resize artwork
4. Correct transparency issues
5. Fix spelling errors
6. Recreate artwork

Files that do not meet production standards may be rejected and returned for correction before production begins.

Garment Requirements

Customer is responsible for supplying all garments.

All garments must be:

1. New, clean, and unworn
2. Free of stains, odors, pet hair, and contamination
3. Properly sorted by size
4. Separated by design
5. Clearly labeled for production

For multiple designs, please provide a size breakdown for each design.

1. Small: 10
2. Medium: 15
3. Large: 20

Design B

1. Small: 5
2. Medium: 10
3. Large: 10

Failure to properly organize garments may result in production delays or additional handling fees.

4. Size Breakdown by Design

We recommend including extra garments for testing and spoilage on larger orders.

Customer-supplied garments are decorated at the customer’s risk.

Promise Apparel is not responsible for:

1. Manufacturer defects
2. Fabric flaws
3. Dye migration
4. Shrinkage
5. Scorching sensitivity
6. Color inconsistencies
7. Mislabeling by garment manufacturers
8. Improper garment selection
9. Customer-supplied artwork errors

While we take every precaution during production, customer-supplied garments carry inherent risks during the printing process.

Shipping Liability

Customers are responsible for arranging inbound shipping and insurance coverage through their chosen carrier.

Promise Apparel is not liable for:

1. Lost packages
2. Damaged shipments
3. Delayed deliveries
4. Carrier mishandling
5. Packages marked delivered but not received

All shipping claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
